本仪器以荷重水平分力与垂直分力值之原理，测取试件与地面之*静摩擦系数，本测试仪器为可携式并可任意于干、湿式或受污染之各种材质地面，测试鞋底，鞋跟材料之抗滑性，此台仪器只能单独测鞋底试片的试验，可测干、湿、油式测试。
This machine on“The principle of load component and vertical component values”use the biggest static friction coefficient between the sample amd ground. This machine is portability and test the dry or wet material, can test the skid resistance of sole and heel. This machine can test the sole sample which wet or dry or oil.
